Isn't it easy to believe in G-d, if G-d speaks directly to you?

Perhaps it is, but I'm not sure how this is a challenge to what I wrote. Can you please explain where you see a problem?

How so? Crescas' critique applies only to counting belief as a mitzvah: If you know, you know, and if you don't, who's telling you to know?

I am merely making an observation about who will reach knowledge – he who first has faith.

What would inspire such a faith in the absence of knowledge is explored in the following chapters.
